No Repeats.
For the 999 day period, there will be no repeated beers that count towards the 999 beers total. I am free to drink beers twice, but they just can’t count as a new beer.
Different Vintages, Different Beers.
A 2006 Abyss is a different beer than a 2009 Abyss, and I reserve the right to taste them and count them as unique beers. This is meant to be an educational project, and I think I’ll learn something by tasting different vintages to see how age and recipes change flavors over time.
It’s Okay to Post Late.
Sometimes, I just need to get to bed when I get home. And that’s okay. It’s not breaking the rules to blog about the beer on the next calendar day, as long as I drink a new beer each calendar day.
